Description Mission

Managed by the HR Director, you are the business partner and ambassador of the HR philosophy and policy within the IT Teams based in London. On this job creation, your main missions are :

 

Strategic missions:

  • You build a strong partnership with managers and support them daily in their teams’ and organizations’ development– in line with the global HR Corporate strategy and the global philosophy
  • The impact you can create :
    • In a context of strong growth and in a fast paced environment, the IT HRBP will accompany actively the managers in order to help them maintaining a strong and performant organization having the right talent at the right place and focusing on the teams development
    • The IT HRBP will also be a key stakeholder in all the reflexions and actions around the ambitions regarding the future of the firm’s IT

Opperational missions:

  • Talent acquisition and Retention
    • Attract, Recruit and Retain key talents in adequation to business needs keeping in mind the importance of both technical and soft skills and ensuring a diversity and inclusion culture within these recruitments
    •  Partner with HR in regions, divisions and corporate in order to enhance internal mobility and build proper career plans for our talents
    • Ensure a regular global IT Talent Review to facilitate talents’mobilities
    • Work on ad-hoc project to enhance talent acquisition and retention for the IT talent

  •  Talent Development
    • Collaborate with managers to ensure the onboarding are pertinent and at the high-level of excellence
    • Foster a growth mindset within the IT teams and build strong individual development plans (training, mentoring, exposure…) in order to help them grow within the organization
    • Be an active member of the firm Tech Academy task force

  • Organization
    • Work with managers to design the most appropriate organizational responses to adapt to changing business environments
    • Be the privileged partner of our HR for IT based in regions
    • Manage all HR processes for the London Perimeter (Annual Compensation Review process, Training plans, Development plans, performance reviews, etc.)
       
  • Projects
    • Participate actively to implement and deploy global HR projects
    • Accompany the IT Teams and direction in the “Next Gen IT” transformation program working on two HR streams
Description profil
  • You have a high level studies diploma (University / Business school), you have a strong experience in HR and in the IT field
  • You feel very comfortable in building partnerships, coaching and helping people grow
  • You are energized by collaboration, building relationships with humility
  • You are energized by attracting, recruiting and retaining Tech talents
  • You have already worked on an international perimeter with partners across geographies and you like it
  • Fluent english and french
